喜炎平联合康复新液治疗手足口病临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察喜炎平联合康复新液治疗手足口病的临床疗效。方法将手足口病普通型患儿274例,随机分为治疗组,140例和对照组134例。两组均予以退热等对症支持治疗,合并细菌感染者给予抗生素治疗,治疗组给予喜炎平注射液静脉滴注,加用康复新液口服及外用;对照组给予病毒唑注射液静脉滴注,加用利多卡因、蒙脱石混悬液涂口腔,比较两组的临床症状改善情况及疗效。结果治疗组总有效率高于对照组;治疗组口腔溃疡愈合、皮疹消退时间、进食改善至正常的时间、退热时间较对照组明显缩短(P<0.05)。结论喜炎平联合康复新液治疗手足口病普通型,患儿依从性好,副作用小,安全有效。Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Xiyanping combined with Kangfuxin liquid treating hand foot mouth disease.Methods The foot and mouth disease in 274 children patients with the common type,were randomly divided into treatment group 140 cases and control group 134 cases.Two groups were to be antipyretic treatment,combined with bacterial infection to antibiotic treatment,the treatment group were treated with intravenous injection,with Kangfuxin liquid oral and topical,the control group was given Virazole injection intravenous drip,with lidocaine,montmorillonite suspension with oral,compared with two groups of clinical symptom improvement and effect.Results The treatment group total efficiency is higher than that of the control group,the treatment group cavity ulcer healing time,rash subsided,the feed improvement to the normal time,defervesce time than in the control group was significantly shorter（P0.05）.Conclusion Xiyanping combined with Kangfuxin liquid in treatment of hand foot and mouth disease common type,patient compliance is good,the side effect is small,safe and effective.
