摘 要:通过室内和田间试验,研究了生物有机肥与盐碱土壤养分、根际微生物数量及玉米产量关系。结果表明:生物有机肥改善了土壤,增加了土壤中有机质含量0.22%、降低了土壤pH值,各处理的全氮、速效磷、速效钾含量均显著高于对照,田间试验中处理Ⅱ的全氮高于对照30.95mg/kg;处理Ⅲ的速效磷和速效钾分别比对照高52.95 mg/kg和51.33 mg/kg;不同处理土壤真菌、细菌群落结构存在一定的差异。在对照中由于未施生物有机肥,土壤真菌的数量很少;处理Ⅰ为5.2×105 cfu/g、处理Ⅱ为2.8×105 cfu/g、处理Ⅲ为5.4×105 cfu/g;各施肥处理大区产量处理Ⅰ为852.1kg/667m2、处理Ⅱ847.9 kg/667m2、处理Ⅲ820.8 kg/667m2,分别高于对照5.2%、4.7%和1.4%;说明施入生物有机肥起到了改良盐碱土壤、增加根际微生物数量、提高玉米产量的作用。The relationship between bio-organic fertilizer and the nutrient of saline soils were under research,number of rhizosphere microorganisms and production of maize by the laboratory and field experiments.The result shows that: 1.The soil fertility was improved,organic matter increased by 0.22%,the values of soil PH decreased,the contents of total N(Tot.N),available phosphorus(Avai.P)and available potassium(Avai.K)were significantly higher than controls.In field experiments,the content of Tot.N of treatmentⅡwere 30.95mg/kg higer than controls,the content of Avai.P and Avai.K of treatment Ⅲ were 52.95 mg/kg and 51.33 mg/kg higer than controls respectively;2.Soil fungi and bacterial community have some difference among different treatments.The number of soil fungi was seldom in the controls because of no bio-organic fertilizer,The number of soil fungi of treatmentⅠwas 5.2×105 cfu/g,treatmentⅡwas 2.8×105 cfu/g,treatmentⅢ was 5.4×105 cfu/g respectively.3.Production of maize was treatmentⅠ852.1kg/667m2,treatmentⅡ847.9 kg/667m2,treatmentⅢ820.8 kg/667m2,higer 5.2%,4.7% and 1.4% than control respectively.The result showed that apply of bio-organic fertilizer could improve the number microorganisms in rhizosphere and production of maize in saline soils.
