摘　　要：成人急性乙型肝炎大多呈自限性病程,但有5%～10%的慢性化几率,本文针对成人感染乙型肝炎病毒后是否需要抗病毒治疗、抗病毒治疗的时机、适应的患者群以及如何进行抗病毒治疗作一综述。Adult patients with acute hepatitis B generally have self- limiting processes, but the ratio of chronicity is still 5% - 10%. This article is focused on whether, when, and how to perform anti - viral therapy in acute hepatitis B aduh patients.
