摘　　要：论述了油管离子渗氮专用设备料车的结构、功能及作用,对所设计的料车进行了强度校核,并分析了料车的上下和水平运动的原理。所设计的料车能满足油管批量离子渗氮处理装炉、定位和出炉的使用要求。This article described the structure, function and role of feed instrument, which was used to ion nitriding special equipment for oil pipelines. The strength was checked and the movement principle of vertical and horizontal was analyzed. The feed instrument could meet the requirements of mass process for feeding, positioning and discharging.
