摘　　要：针对某冰箱冷冻室抽屉的结构特点及成型规律,在模具制造之前,结合选用的材料和设备,经过冷冻室抽屉模型导入、网格划分、成型设备参数输入、原料选择、注射速度初步设定等步骤,在计算机上进行填充、流动、冷却等CAE分析,确定了理想的浇口位置,设计了其冷却系统,结合成型工艺窗口分析模块,预测了能够生产合格产品的成型工艺条件范围。Facing structural characteristics and forming law of a refrigerator freezer drawer, materials and equipment are decided and combined before the mold made. The freezer drawer model are passed the steps including models import, meshing, the input parameters of molding equipment, materials selection, injection speed initially set, and then CAE analysis including fill, flow and cooling are carried out on the computer.The ideal injection location is determined, cooling system is designed. To be combined with analysis module of the molding process window, the scope of molding process conditions produced qualified products is predicted.
