摘　　要：社会主义改造时期的乌兰夫牧区工作思想中,较为集中地体现出了乌兰夫领导和开展牧区工作的基本原则和核心理念。这些原则和理念是:领导和开展牧区工作,必须实事求是,一切从实际出发;牧区工作的出发点和落脚点是发展牧区生产力,提高牧区人民群众的物质文化生活水平;牧区工作中要树立整体观念和全局观念;牧区工作要以人民群众为本;开展牧区工作要处理好民族关系,努力构建和谐民族地区。During socialist transformation period,WU Lanfu ＇s working policies thought in the pastoral area reflected basic principles and core concepts of WU Lanfu leadership and pastoral work.Principles and concepts were： Leadership and pastoral work must base on fact and proceed from the actual situation.Starting point and standing point of pastoral work were developing productivity of pastoral area and improving pastoral area people＇s material and cultural life.Establish the overall concept and the concept of global and take people-oriented in pastoral area.Dealing the ethnic relations and constructing harmonious ethnic regions.
