摘　　要：[目的]探讨痴呆病人生活故事书(LSB)的回忆触发效果及其影响因素。[方法]选择29例轻中度老年痴呆病人,以自编的痴呆LSB为工具,按评估、介绍、互动、结束的程序,引导病人回忆人生经历,讲述生活故事,每周1次,每次30min～45min,总共8周。[结果]痴呆病人LSB图文的回忆触发有效率在90%以上者占57%;6个主题(除第3主题、第8主题外)的回忆触发得分率均>0.50。病人的文化程度、兴趣爱好、沟通意愿和参与程度与LSB的回忆触发作用呈正相关,而痴呆程度、自理能力、抗痴呆药使用情况则与之呈负相关。[结论]LSB的设计符合自传记忆激发的神经心理学过程和我国老年痴呆病人的认知特征,有较好的回忆触发作用,是开展生活故事干预的可行工具。Objective：To probe into the effect of recall trigger of life story book for dementia patients and its influencing factors.Methods：A total of 29 cases of patients with mild or moderate senile dementia were selected,and the self-made dementia LSB was taken as the tool,according to the program of assessment,introduction,interactive and end to guide the patients recalling life experiences and telling the life story,once a week,30 mins^45 mins each time,a total of 8 weeks.Results：The efficiency of recall trigger of dementia LSB graphic that was more than 90% accounted to 57%;all the recall trigger rates of 6 subjects（except for the third theme,eighth theme） 〉0.50.Patients＇ education level,interests,communicate intention and participating degree were positively correlated with recall trigger effect,however,the dementia degree,self-care ability and anti-dementia drug use were negatively correlated with recall trigger effect.Conclusion：Design of LSB is in line with the autobiographical memories inspire neuropsychological process and cognitive characteristics of senile dementia patients in China,so it has better recall trigger action and is the feasible tool to develop the life story intervention.
