基于多元逐步回归与通径分析的南昌市城市星级饭店布局驱动力研究

摘　　要：近年来,城市饭店进入了一个蓬勃发展的新时期,星级饭店作为旅游饭店业的主体部分,对饭店业乃至旅游业的发展起到积极引领和示范作用.在前人的研究基础上,采用1990年～2007年南昌市市辖区有关方面的统计数据,对影响星级饭店规模布局的12个因子进行多元线性逐步回归及通径分析,最终确定市内交通状况、旅游业收入及城市空气质量为影响南昌市星级饭店空间布局的主要驱动因子.另外,良好的投资环境与经济发展政策将在一定程度上影响南昌市星级饭店再分布.Hotels in cities has entered a new period of development in recent years, the star-rated hotels has played a positive lead and exemplary roles for the hospitality indus- try, even the whole tourism. Based on the research of the pioneers, using the 1990-2007 relevant statistical data, such as economy and transportation, the paper analyses the key driving force from 12 factors that influence the spatial distribution of star-rated hotels, by Multiple stepwise Regression Analysis and Path Analysis. Through analysis, it can be concluded that the city traffic, the income from tourism and the Urban Air Quality are the main driving force, which take important role in the spatial distribution of the star-rated hotels in Nanchang city. Lastly, the more and more better investment environments and economic development policy, it will influence the redistribution.
