摘　　要：为解决目前国内小区智能化存在的问题,通过对国内小区智能化现状的调查,发现存在着太多的问题。技术标准不统一,系统兼容性很差,已建设好的小区智能化系统很多没有得到很好的利用,甚至成为摆设。提出在小区智能化建设中Ethernet技术不仅用于信息系统,同时取代标准不一的现场总线技术,应用于控制系统中,即完全基于Ethernet的小区智能化建设模式,并给出了一个理想智能化小区模型:一个标准、一个管理中心、一根线、一套软件、一个电源,即5个"一"。In order to solve the current domestic Intelligent building district problems,through the investigation of the domestic intelligent residential status,found that there were too many t problems.Technical standards are not unified,system compatibility is poor,has built the system of intelligent building district are not well utilized,even be display.Put forward in the area of intelligent Ethernet technology in construction is not only used for the information system,at the same time to replace the standard is not a field bus technology,is applied in the control system,which is based on Ethernet intelligent residential construction mode,and gives an ideal intelligent community models： a standard,a management center,a line,a set of software,a power supply.Five ＂one＂.
