摘　　要：为解决公司锅炉除尘水系统出现的外排水量增大,影响外排水质问题,对锅炉除尘水系统进行改造。阐述了锅炉除尘水系统改造工艺和设备的构造及工作原理。通过增加一台灰水分离器和清水管道,实现了除尘水系统的循环利用,为公司年节约用生水约22万t,创造的直接经济效益约为年58万元,带来了较大的经济效益和社会效益。The boiler dudesting water system was modified to solve the problems of discharge water flow rate increase which affected discharge water quality. The paper expounds the structure and working principle of the modified process and equipment of the water system. A dust and water separator and clean water pipeline were added to achieve the cyclic utilization of dedusting water system. Thus, approximate 220,000 t water was saved annually, converted to about 580,000 RMB, which brought big economic and social benefit.
