摘 要:本文以OCC废纸造纸废渣和OCC废纸浆为研究对象,对其在纤维形态、表面电荷等方面的特性进行了对比研究。结果表明:造纸废渣中的细小纤维的比表面积是废纸浆纤维的2倍左右,且其含量也远远超过废纸浆;造纸废渣纤维的电导率及阳离子需求量均比废纸浆纤维的高,Zeta电位的绝对值也更高;另外,废渣纤维的灰分含量、打浆度都高于废纸浆纤维。这些现象都与造纸废渣中细小纤维比表面积大及组分含量高的特点是密不可分的。In this paper, both old corrugated container(OCC) and waste residue of waste paper papermaking with OCC were studied on the fiber morphology and surface charge characteristics. The results show that the surface area of fines from waste residue was about twice as waste paper pulp' s and the content of fines in residue was much higher than that of waste paper pulp; the electrical conductivity and cationic demand of waste residue of OCC papermaking were higher than those of the waste paper pulp, and the absolute value of Zeta potential was also higher; besides, the ash content and beating degree of waste residue were higher than those of waste paper pulp. These phenomena are related to high specific surface area of fines.
