摘  要:本文研究了桉木低固形物蒸煮相对于传统蒸煮对制浆性能及纸张物理性能的影响,比较了不同浸渍温度的桉木低固形物蒸煮对制浆性能及纸张物理性能的影响,探讨了在低固形物蒸煮大量脱木素阶段添加蒽醌对蒸煮卡伯值和黏度的作用效果。结果表明,低固形物蒸煮有利于降低蒸煮浆的卡伯值,提高未漂浆的白度,改善纸浆的强度性质,采用较低浸渍温度有助于进一步提高纸浆的强度性质。低固形物蒸煮大量脱木素阶段添加AQ并未起到预期效果,关于这方面的研究还有待继续。The effects of traditional kraft process and Lo-solids cooking process of eucalyptus on the pulping characteristic and paper properties were analyzed. During lo-solids cooking, two different impregnation temperatures were used, the pulping porformance and paper strength properties were compared. The effects of adding AQ in the bulk delignification stage of lo-solids cooking on pulp Kappa number and viscosity were also investigated. The results show that Lo-solids cooking can reduce the pulp Kappa number, enhance the brightness of the unbleached pulp as well as the pulp strength property compared with traditional kraft cooking. It can be found that reduction of the impregnation temperature will benefit the paper strength property, however, it makes no difference when AQ was added in the bulk delignification stage,the reason needs to be further explored.
