摘 要:本文对按一定配比混合起来的马尾松浆、竹浆和桉木浆,进行了氧脱木素和D1(EOP)D2漂白的研究,考察了氧压、用碱量、温度和时间对氧脱木素的影响,并获得了较好的氧脱木素工艺条件,即氧压0.4MPa,用碱量2.0%,温度100℃,时间45min;探讨了三种浆混合漂白的可行性,当总用氯量仅为1.62%时,漂后白度超过了85%(ISO),且纸浆黏度仅损失5.86%。之后分析了漂后混合浆的打浆和抄纸性能,建议打浆度控制在34°SR左右,此打浆度下抄造的纸张性能较为优良。Some bleaching processes are completed by mixed pulps because of material limitation. Oxygen delignification and D1 (EOP)D2 bleaching process were applied to mixed pulp blended by Pinus massoniana pulp, bamboo pulp and eucalyptus pulp according to a certain proportion. The effect of oxygen pressure, NaOH dosage, reaction temperature and reaction time on oxygen delignification was investigated to obtain the best oxygen delignification pa- rameters-oxygen pressure 0.4MPa, NaOH dosage 2.0% , reaction temperature 100℃ and reaction time 45min. The feasibility of mixed pulp to be bleached to a certain brightness was explored. When totally applied chlorine was 1.62% , brightness after bleaching was beyond 85% ISO and viscosity decreased at only 5.86%. Refining degree should be about 34°SR through investigating the refining and paper making results. Papermaking under this refining degree can get better paper properties.
