一种羧酸型两性淀粉在瓦楞原纸增强中的应用

摘  要:本文制备了一种羧酸型两性淀粉溶液,研究了其在瓦楞原纸增强中的应用,从淀粉用量、打浆度、pH值、浆料种类等方面探讨各因素对纸张物理性能的影响。结果表明:随着淀粉用量的增加、打浆度的提高,环压、抗张、耐破等强度指标均呈现增大的趋势;综合各方面因素,可选用两性淀粉用量1%、打浆度35oSR、pH7的应用条件,在此条件下,可使纸页环压指数、耐破指数和抗张指数增幅分别达到23.11%、41.36%和33.73%。与市售淀粉干强剂相比,自制的两性淀粉溶液具有更好的增强效果,能适用于不同的浆料系统,但其助留性能尚需改善。This paper prepared an amphoteric starch solution with carboxyl group to enhance the corrugating paper, and studied the factors influencing the physical properties of paper, value and the pulp kinds. The results show that: with the increase crush index, tensile index and burst index increase; considering all tions of starch dosage 1% , beating degree 35°SR, and pH 7; at th burst index and tensile index can reach 23.11% , 41.36% and 33. including starch dosage, beating degree, pH of starch dosage and beating degree, the ring factors, we can choose the application condiese conditions, the gains of ring crush index, 73% respectively. Compared with the similar products, the lab-made amphoteric starch solution has better enhancement effect, can adapt to different pulp system, but its retention aid needs to be improved yet.
