摘 要:受三峡水库蓄水影响,变动回水区河段泥沙呈累积性淤积趋势,致使局部河段出现碍航问题。结合数学模型分析了新的水沙系列下变动回水区河段河道演变趋势及其对航道及港口的影响。结果表明,一般年份变动回水区航道及港口条件较好,仅在不利水文年,局部河段可能出现不同程度的碍航问题。按照航道及港口治理目标及标准,针对重点碍航河段,研究了相应航道及港口治理的工程和非工程治理措施,经综合分析,建议变动回水区碍航问题的解决应以工程治理措施(包括疏浚和整治)为主,在有条件时,可采取水库调度措施予以解决。The sediment cumulative deposition occurred in the fluctuation backwater area of Three Gorges Reservoir, resulting in the problem of navigation obstruction in local reaches. Combining with the mathematical models, the fluvial process tendency in fluctuation backwater area of Three Gorges Project under new sediment and flow conditions and its impaction on waterway and port are analyzed. The results show that the navigation condition is well in normal years, however, in adverse hydrological years, the problem of navigation obstruction at different degrees existed in local reaches. According to the regulation objectives and standards of waterway and port, regulation measures are studied, including structure measures and non - structure measures. Comprehensive analysis indicates that the structure measures including dredging and remediation should be applied to waterway and port regulation, and the reservoir operation measures can be used if conditions permit.
