摘 要:由于制冷剂在毛细管内部的流动是伴随着相变的非平衡汽液两相流动,准确而通用的毛细管模型是比较复杂的。为了方便工程应用,近年来很多研究者对通过毛细管的制冷剂流量建立了无量纲经验关联式。本文通过文献综述,对文献中的绝热毛细管质量流量无量纲关联式进行了概括及分类,然后基于文献中较新的实验数据对11个典型的无量纲关联式进行了评估,并给出了推荐的通用关联式。As the refrigerant flow inside the capillary tubes is accompanied with the phase change and nonequilibrium, it is not easy to develop a physics-based model. For the convenience of engineering applications, many researchers have focused on the empirical dimensionless correlations of refrigerant flow rates through capillary tubes recently. Firstly, the dimensionless correlations of refrigerant flow rates through adiabatic capillary tubes from the literature were summarized by categorizing the function forms and ways to select dimensionless parameters. Then the eleven selected correlations were evaluated using newly published experimental data. Some correlations of better performance in the assessment were therefore recommended.
