国产奥氮平与奋乃静治疗老年期精神分裂症疗效比较

摘　　要：目的比较国产奥氮平与奋乃静治疗老年期精神分裂症的疗效与安全性。方法将62例老年期精神分裂症患者随机分为两组,分别用国产奥氮平或奋乃静治疗12周;采用阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)、副反应量表(TESS)评价临床疗效和不良反应。结果12周治疗结束后,国产奥氮平组有效率为81.25%,显效率为50.00%;奋乃静组有效率为73.33%,显效率为43.33%。两组间疗效差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。国产奥氮平组药物副反应较少且轻,两组副反应量表总分差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论国产奥氮平与奋乃静治疗老年期精神分裂症疗效相当,但国产奥氮平副反应更少且轻,安全性更高。Objective To compare the efficacy and safety of domestic olanzapine and perphenazine in the treatment of senile schizophrenia.Methods 62 cases of schizophrenia were randomly divided into two groups and treated with domestic olanzapine or perphenazine for 12 weeks respectively.The positive and negative symptoms rating scale（PANSS） and Treatment Emergent Symptoms Scale（TESS） were used for evaluating the efficacy and adverse reactions.Results After 12-week treatment,the effective rate and the excellent effective rate was 81.25%and 50.00%in the olanzapine group and 73.33%and 43.33%in the perphenazine group respectively,showing no statistical difference between the two groups（P 0.05）.The adverse reactions in the olanzapine group were less and milder than those in the perphenazine.The total TESS scores were found statistical difference between the two groups（P 0.01）.Conclusion Domestic olanzapine has the similar effects in treating senile schizophrenia as perphenazine,but showing less and milder adverse reactions and higher safety.
