摘　　要：当前中国政府治理理论包括元理论、基本理论和应用理论。元理论为中国政府治理理论的形成和发展提供了科学的指导思想;基本理论为现阶段中国政府治理指明了方向;应用理论是中国政府治理基本理论在实践中的具体运用。At present,the Chinese governance theory consists of three parts：meta-theory,fundamental theory and applied theory.The meta-theory,provides scientific guiding ideology for the formation and development of Chinese governance theory;the fundamental theory currently directs the Chinese governance;the applied theory is the application of the fundamental theory in practice.
