摘　　要：目的:检测不同药店市售车前子中毛蕊花糖苷的含量。方法:色谱柱:Spherigel C_(18)柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-甲醇-1%醋酸溶液(10:15:75),流速:1ml·min^(-1),检测波长:254nm,柱温:30℃。结果:毛蕊花糖苷在0.1936～3.0976μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.999 8;平均回收率为99.9%,RSD为1.80%(n=6)。结论:市售车前子中毛蕊花糖苷含量差异较大。Objective ： To determine the content of verbascoside in Semen Plantaginis from different pharmacy. Method： A Spheri- gel C18 column （150 mm ×4. 6 mm,5 μm）was used. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-methanol-1% HAC （10： 15： 75）, the flow rate was 1.0 ml- rain - 1, the detection wavelength was 254 nm and the column temperature was 30 ℃. Result ： The linear range of verbasco- side was 0. 193 6-3. 097 6 μg （r =0. 999 8）. The average recovery was 99. 9% with RSD of 1.80 % （n =6）. Conclusion： There are significant differences in the verbascoside content among the commercial samples.
