摘　　要：目的:研究白带胶囊的制备工艺。方法:以芍药苷提取率为指标,采用高效液相色谱法测定其含量;应用正交试验设计对其进行水提工艺筛选。结果:水提的最佳提取工艺条件为第1次加10倍量的水煎煮120min,第2次加7倍量的水煎煮90min,第3次加7倍量的水煎煮90min。结论:该条件优选得到的工艺稳定、可行。Objective： To study the optimal water-extraction process for Baidai capsules. Method： Using the extracting rate of pae- oniflorin as the index, and an HPLC as the method for the determination of paeoniflorin in extract solution, the water-extraction process was optimized by orthogonal design. Result： The optimum extraction condition was the following ： adding 10 times amount water and ex- tracting 120 min,then adding 7 times amount water and extracting 90 min for two times. Conclusion： The optimized process is stable and highly efficient.
