我院480例儿童围术期抗菌药物应用调查分析

摘　　要：目的:了解我院外科手术围术期抗菌药物的使用现状,并对其使用的合理性进行评价。方法:随机抽取我院2010年1～6月外科手术治疗的住院病历480份,调查不同切口类型手术围手术期预防使用抗菌药物的情况。对抗菌药物的选择、适应证、术前用药时间、联合用药与疗程等进行评价。结果:围手术期患者抗菌药物应用率为100.0%,预防性抗菌药物选用起点过高;抗菌药物预防术后感染时间超过标准的比例为67.5%(324/480),联合用药的比例为45.8%(220/480),均超过国家标准。结论:我院外科围手术期抗菌药物应用趋向于规范,但还存在选药档次偏高、术后预防应用时间偏长等问题,需要继续加强围手术期抗菌药物使用的督导。Objective： To investigate the use of antibacterial drugs during perioperative period in our hospital,and to analyze the application of antibacterial drugs and make an objective evaluation.Methods： The medical records of 480 patients who received operations from January to June in 2010 were collected to evaluate the perioperative use of antibacterial drugs.The selection of antibacterial drugs,indications,administration time before operation,combined chemotherapy and course of treatment were evaluated.Results： The application rate of antibacterial drugs during perioperative period was 100.0%,the antibacterial drugs for prophylactic use were high-ranking excessively.The rate of over-protracted medication after operation was 67.5%（324/480）,the rate of combined chemotherapy was 45.8%（220/480）,and both rates were above the national standard.Conclusions： perioperative use of antibacterial drugs trends to be reasonable in our hospital,but the problems such as high level usage and over-protracted medication of antibacterial drugs still exist.Therefore,more efforts are needed to promote the reasonable application of antibacterial drugs during perioperative period.
