摘 要:目的:优选ZTC1+1Ⅲ絮凝澄清剂用于防感喷雾剂的精制工艺条件。方法:以吸光度作为评价指标,筛选出ZTC1+1Ⅲ絮凝澄清剂对各个因素的影响范围,再以连翘苷转移率和总苷保留率作为评价指标,采用L9(34)正交实验优选防感喷雾剂最佳精制工艺。结果:影响因素大小依次是:ZTC1+1Ⅲ絮凝澄清剂加入量(B)>搅拌速度(C)>药液浓度(A)。最佳工艺条件为将药液浓缩至生药∶药液=1.04∶5(g/mL),ZTC1+1Ⅲ絮凝澄清剂加入量为B/A(0.12 g∶0.06 g)/10.4 g(按生药量计算),搅拌速度400 r/min。结论:ZTC1+1Ⅲ絮凝澄清剂澄清效果好,经济实用,可用于防感喷雾剂的精制工艺。Objective: To study the flocculation process with ZTC1+1 Ⅲ for Anti-flu Spray.Methods: The contents of forsythin and total glycosides were chosen as the assessment index.The optimum conditions were selected by the L9(34) of orthogonal experiment.Results: The influence factors were in order of the amount of ZTC1+1 Ⅲ(B),stirring rate(C) and the concentration of the extracting solution(A).The optimal flocculation process condition was A1B3C3.The medicinal materials and extract solution were 1.04∶5(g/mL).The adding amount of ZTC1+1 Ⅲ was B/A(0.12 g∶0.06 g)/10.4 g,and the stirring speed was 400 r/min.Conclusions: The flocculation process with ZTC1+1 Ⅲ is effective and economic for the clarification and can be used for the purification of Anti-flu Spray.
