椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗不伴有脊髓损伤腰椎骨折的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:研究椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗不伴有脊髓损伤腰椎骨折的疗效。方法:对78例进行椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗的不伴有脊髓损伤腰椎骨折患者的临床资料进行分析,观察手术前后腰椎恢复情况、应激反应蛋白恢复天数,并与对照组进行比较。结果:患者Cobb角在正位片、侧位片以及上下终板成角分别进行治疗前后相比、治疗后5个月和1.5年相比,差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。椎体前缘高度治疗后与对照组相比,差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05),应激反应蛋白于术后1个月恢复。结论:椎弓根螺钉内固定能够对不伴有脊髓损伤的腰椎骨折进行有效的治疗。Objective： To study the clinical effects of pedicle screw internal fixation for thoracolumbar fractures without spinal cord injury.Methods： 78 cases of pedicle screw fixation for the treatment of vertebral fractures were analyzed and,stress response protein were observed before and after lumbar surgery recovery and compared with the control group.Results： There was comparability between the patient group and normal group.There was statistically significant difference in lumbar spine injury patients and the normal group five months after treatment.The angle formed by upper and lower end plate before and after treatment,5 months and 1.5 years after treatment on both anteroposterior and lateral films had significant difference（P0.05）.After treatment,anterior vertebral height difference was not statistically significant compared with the normal group（P0.05）.Stress-response protein recovered after 1 month.Conclusion： Pedicle internal fixation effectively treat thoracolumbar fractures without spinal cord injury.
