摘　　要：目的:总结应用可吸收棒内固定治疗MasonⅡ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ型桡骨头骨折的方法和临床疗效。方法:回顾分析2007年11月至2010年3月我科应用可吸收棒内固定治疗MasonⅡ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ型桡骨头骨折21例的临床资料。结果:21例患者随访时间9～34个月,平均18个月。根据骨折的骨性愈合标准,全部病例骨愈合时间为3～7个月,平均3.6个月。优良率95.2%,1例因屈伸活动受限并伴有疼痛而评为一般。结论:可吸收棒内固定治疗MasonⅡ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ型桡骨头骨折操作简单、快捷,疗效确切,术后关节功能恢复良好,无需二次手术,是一种很好的治疗方法。Objective： To summarize the curative methods and clinical effect of Mason Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ radial head fractures treated with absorbable pin fixation.Methods： 21 cases of radial head fractures treated with absorbable pin fixation in our department from November 2007 until March 2010 were investigated using retrospective analysis.Results： All cases were followed up for 9-34 months,with an average of 18 months.All fractures recovered in 3-7 months,the average of which was 3.6 months.The rate of excellent and good was 95.2%,only one case was assessed normal for having limited movement and pain of the elbow.Conclusion： Under the condition of proper indication,fixation for the Mason Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ radial head fractures with absorbable pin can achieve satisfactory results.
