阴囊纵隔皮瓣一期尿道成形术治疗尿道下裂体会(附36例报告)

摘　　要：目的:总结阴囊纵隔皮瓣一期尿道成形术治疗尿道下裂的手术经验,评估此法在尿道下裂修复术中的价值。方法:回顾分析1988年10月至2010年11月我院应用阴囊纵隔皮瓣一期修复尿道下裂36例患者的临床资料,其中阴茎型17例,阴茎阴囊型19例。结果:阴茎型17例术后尿漏5例,成功率70.6%;阴茎阴囊型术后尿漏3例,成功率84.2%。结论:阴囊纵隔皮瓣一期尿道成形术治疗阴茎阴囊型尿道下裂成功率高,应是首选术式;正确切取与缝合阴囊皮瓣是预防尿漏的重要措施。Objective： To summarize the scrotum mediastinal flap urethroplasty stage Ⅰ for the treatment of hypospadias surgery experience,and assessed in hypospadias repair in value. Methods： Retrospective analysis was performed during October 1988 to November 2010 on scrotum mediastinal flap in repairing 36 cases of hypospadias patients,including 17 cases of penis type and 19 cases of penis and scrotum type. Results： 5 out of 17 cases of penis type had penile urine leakage,the success rate being 70.6%,3 out of 19 penis and scrotum type had urine leakage,the success rate being 84.2%.Conclusion： Scrotum mediastinal flap urethroplasty for penis and scrotum hypospadias can be the first choice,the right way to cut and suture scrotal skin flap prevents urine leakage.
