摘　　要：双向拉伸管材机头的模具设计，为了提高管材的纵横向拉伸强度和物料的加工性能，对机头的结构特点，成璎原理和工艺条件作了详细的论述。其应用结果表明：机头设计合理，具有均衡物料的双向拉伸和料流的挤出稳定性，具有显著的抗暴破强度和表面光泽度。Introduced one kind of bidirectional stretch tubing nose mold design, in order to enhance the tubing vertically and horizontally to the longitudinal strength and material workability, to the nose unique feature, the formation principle and the technological conditions has made the detailed elaboration.Its application result indicated that, The nose design is reasonable, has the balanced material bidirectional stretch and the material flows squeezes out the stability, has remarkable resists violence the broken intensity and superficial glossiness.
