摘 要:北京市农村住宅抗震加固试验中采用了钢筋网水泥砂浆加固砖墙方案。为了解决农村住宅加固墙体的非线性计算力学模型,本文根据钢筋网水泥砂浆加固的单片墙的低周反复荷载试验的文献数据,探讨了针对农村住宅砖墙加固后的退化三线性恢复力特性曲线,提出了钢筋网水泥砂浆加固砖墙分别考虑剪切变形和弯剪变形影响下的抗侧力刚度计算方法。同时分别给出了墙体的初裂承载能力和极限承载能力计算公式,并通过对比试验数据和利用上述公式计算出的数据,验证墙体利用这些公式来估算抗侧承载力和抗侧刚度的可行性,为北京市农村加固砖墙住宅的非线性地震反应分析的有限元模拟提供砖墙的力学模型。The reinforced method of steel mesh mortar is used in the reinforced tests of Beijing rural masonry structures. In order to establish the nonlinear theoretical model of brick wall reinforced with steel mesh mortar, in this paper, the three-linear deteriorating restoring force curve of reinforced brick wall is discussed, the computational formulas of resistance to lateral stiffness under the different states of shear failure or flexure-shear failure are respectively summarized, and then the computational formulas of load at first crack and the ultimate load are respectively provided according to the existing quasi-static testing data of brick wall reinforced with steel mesh mortar. The above computational formulas are verified by comparing calculated results with testing data, and the comparing result demonstrated that these formulas are feasibility. The nonlinear theoretical model will also being used in the nonlinear seismic analysis of Beijing rural reinforced brick structures.
