摘 要:目的通过在体试验,探讨以骨髓基质干细胞(BMSCs)为种子细胞种植于脱钙骨支架与低频振动相结合进行修复骨缺损的可行性。方法对30只家兔随机分为三组,A组:植入脱钙骨,B、C组:植入脱钙骨复合BMSCs。A、B两组施加频率25 HZ振动,C组不参加振动,第5周取标本观测骨缺损愈合情况。结果通过大体标本,组织学,电镜及生化检测结果分析,B组在各组间骨缺损区愈合比较有明显差异,P<0.05。结论以BMSCs作为种子细胞种植于脱钙骨支架与低频振动相结合可促进骨缺损的修复。Objective To study the feasibility of bone marrow stromal cells as seed cells grown in the demineralized bone matrix combined with the low-frequency vibration to repair cranial bone defects.Methods All of 30 rabbits were divided into 3 groups randomly.A group: transplantation demineralized bone matrix.B,C group: transplantation demineralized bone matrix and BMSCs.A and B group were vibrated by 25 HZ.C group was not vibrated.Results The healing in the bone defect in B group was significantly better than A and C group(P 0.05),observed by the gross specimen,histology,electron microscopy and biochemical analysis of test results.Conclusion The bone marrow stromal cells as seed cells grown in the demineralized bone matrix combined with the low-frequency vibration can promote the repair of bone defects.
