完善我国中医药法律体系之构想

摘　　要：探讨了中医药法的原则和立法的主要内容,以及完善中医药法律体系的构想。中医药法的基本原则应当有促进中医药事业可持续发展原则、遵循中医药发展规律原则、使传统中医与现代技术融合原则以及中医药协调发展原则。立法的主要内容包括建立健全完善的中医药管理体制,政府对中医药进行扶持的措施,以及各项具体的制度规定。在建立中医药法律体系方面,主要措施是清理、整合现有法律法规,加快地方性立法,加快配套性立法。this discussion on the method of traditional Chinese medicine principles and key elements of the legislation,as well as perfect legal system of Chinese medicine.Basic principles of Chinese medicine law should promote sustainable development of Chinese medicine principles,follow the laws of the development of Chinese medicine principles,principles of traditional Chinese medicine and modern technology.Key elements of the legislation include the establishment of the perfection of management system of Chinese medicine,Government measures to support the traditional Chinese medicine,and the specific system requirements.The establishment of legal system of Chinese medicine,major measures were cleaned,to consolidate existing laws and regulations,speed up the local legislation,accelerate the compatibility of legislation.
