摘　　要：教学期刊的生存和发展,要求编辑有较高的文化职业素养;编辑团队合作共事,充满活力;刊物内容贴近教学,特色鲜明,凸显传播个性;期刊要有源头活水,重视和参与教学研究,开发和培育作者,塑造着作者,也就打造着刊物。The survival and development of the teaching journals requires editors to have high cultural and editorial professionalism, editorial team to cooperate with vitality. The contents of teaching journals should go close to teaching, with explicit feature and distinctive personality. Such Journals serve as a source, paying attention to and participating in teaching and research,developing, cultivating and improving the authors and thus shaping the publication.
