摘　　要：广州华南橡胶轮胎有限公司大胎成型工区HD成型机设备故障高,备件已早停产。本文介绍了对HD成型机整套控制系统的改造方案。用三菱PLC搭配三菱运动处理器和三菱伺服驱动器实现成型机各鼓及皮带伺服控制,同时加装触摸屏增加规格配方编辑查看功能。本文对硬件配置、PLC组态、伺服控制系统的编程、MT-DEVELOPER软件应用、触摸屏编程等作了详细说明。HD building machine for large size tire building workshop in Huanan rubber tire Co.,Ltd has high failure rate,spare parts has long been discontinued.This paper introduces the scheme of reforming the control system of HD building machine.The control of building drum and belt is realized with MITSUBISHI PLC which collocate with MITSUBISHI motion processor and MITSUBISHI Servo Driver,increases the installation of touch-screen and adds the viewing or editing function of size formulation at the same time.This paper gives an adequate description of hardware configurations、PLC configuration、the programming for the servo system、the application of software、the programming for touch-screen.
