摘　　要：随着经济的发展和产业结构的进一步优化，高校积极利用自身人才与科技优势与企业开展产学研的合作。在产学研合作的模式下，科技管理的重要性被进一步提高。文章通过对产学研模式下高校科技管理的现状、优势、弊端的研究，提出进一步创新高校科技管理的途径，以期为高校科技管理改革提供参考。With economic development and further optimization of industrial structure, colleges and universities actively use their own strengths and talents and technological advantages to develop research cooperation with enterprises. In industry-university-research mode, the importance of science and technology management has been further improved. Based on the analysis on the status, advantages, disadvantages of science and technology management in industry- university-research mode, the way to further innovate university science and technology management is proposed to be reference for the reform of science and technology management in universities and colleges.
