摘　　要：设计文件作为工程设计单位主要成果，必须归档。从图档电子文件的出图、归档、利用一体化角度进行分析，提出解决图档电子文件归档率低、归档不及时、真实对应性差等问题的思路，以便更好地实现工程项目档案管理规范化、信息化。As the main accomplishment of the engineering design companies, design documents must be filed. This paper makes a discussion from the viewpoint of integrating drawing making, filing and utilization, and proposes a way of thinking on solving such problems as low filing rate, filing behind the time, poor consistency for the electronic files with paper documents so as to better achieving filing management standardization and computerization for engineering projects.
