摘 要:通过建立二维隧道-土体-桩基有限元耦合分析模型,以加速度为控制物理量,评价地铁振动对房屋结构的影响,比较了设置桩基前后振动的传播规律。分析结果表明:采用桩基础结构后,房屋底板的振动有所减小,振动并未沿着桩上传,桩基起到了一定的减振效果。分析工作可供地铁线路穿越处房屋建筑的重建作参考。Through the establishment of two dimensional tunnel-soil-pile coupled finite element analysis model, taking acceleration as control physics quantity, this article evaluates the effects of metro vibration on housing structures and compares the vibration propagation before and after piling. The results show that after adopting the pile foundation structure, the vibration of the housing floor has been reduced and the vibration did not upload along the pile. The pile foundation performs, to a certain degree, a vibration-reducing function. This analysis has the reference value for the reconstruction of the residential buildings through which the metro lines pass.
