摘　　要：技术路线图既是政府科技决策和管理的重要工具,也是完善专家咨询机制和利益协调机制的有效手段。从技术路线图出发,介绍了《中国机械工程技术路线图》中齿轮部分。其内容包括齿轮工业的内涵、存在的主要问题、市场前景及技术发展趋势等。从6个方面介绍了齿轮技术的现状、挑战和目标。该技术路线图规划出了我国齿轮工业技术的2030年愿景。Technology roadmap is an important tool in technology decision and management.It is also an effective means to perfect specialist consultation mechanism and to harmonize the benefits mechanism.The gear part in the Technology Roadmap of China Mechanical Engineering is introduced.It mainly includes the connotation,existing problem,market prospect,and technology development trends of the gear industry.The state status,challenge and goals of the gear technology are introduced from six aspects.The vision of China gear industry in 2030 is sketched out by this technology roadmap.
