少齿数齿轮传动变位系数电子封闭图的研究

摘　　要：根据电子封闭图的设计需要,对少齿数齿轮传动变位系数限制曲线方程和质量指标曲线方式进行了系统化、归一化的数学处理。出于增加实用性的目的,在封闭图中引入了等中心距线。结合框图论述了基于Matlab平台的少齿数齿轮传动变位系数电子封闭图的实现原理和使用方法。最后,通过一个算例说明了使用少齿数齿轮传动电子封闭图来选择变位系数的具体过程。According to the needs of E-limiting chart design, the systematization and normalization for the equations of limit curve and quality indicators curves of coefficient of the less teeth gear are carried out.In order to enhance the usability,the center distance line is introduced to the E-limiting chart.Combining the block diagram,how to implement and use the E-limiting chart based on Matlab is explained.The specific process of choosing the modification coefficient by using less teeth gear E-limiting chart is illustrated through an example.
