双离合器变速器速比的设计计算与分析

摘　　要：DCT是近来出现的一种具有双离合器结构的新型自动变速器,实现了换挡过程的动力换挡,换挡平滑而迅速。阐述了如何确定变速器最高挡、最低挡传动比的范围及总挡位数,如何运用等比级数、偏置等比级数对速比进行分配,并选用VB软件完成了速比的基于计算机的快速初选及分配;最后基于整车参数及发动机特性,运用Cruise软件建立了DCT车辆的整车模型,整车动力性和ENDC燃油经济性的计算机模拟仿真,对速比的性能进行了较全面的评价并根据燃油经济性-加速时间曲线完成了速比的优化。DCT is a new kind of automatic transmission with dual clutch,which realizes power shift,and the process of shifting is smooth and rapid.How to determine the scope of transmission ratio and the number of speed gears,how to distribute the gear ratio with geometric progression and partial geometric progression are expound.The initial selection and distribution of gear ratio was completed rapidly by VB software.DCT vehicle model is created based on vehicle parameter and engine characteristic for simulation of dynamic properties and ENDC fuel economy by the software Cruise to evaluate and optimize the performance of gear ratio.
