摘　　要：通过对市民体育形成的背景与定位、城市体育场馆资源开放理念及相关概念界定、学校体育场馆资源向社会开放的必要性与可行性等因素的分析,充分发掘市民体育运动需求与学校体育场馆资源开放的互利多赢性特质,为推进我国城市中小学体育场馆向社会全面开放的政策制定提供保障性理论支撑。Based on the analysis of the formation background of public sports and its position,the ideas of sharing city gymnasiums and the related concepts,the necessity and feasibility of school opening sports stadium to the public,this paper explored the public demand for sports and the mutual benefits of opening school stadiums resources,aiming at providing theoretical supports for formulation policies to advance school stadiums to open to the publie.
