环境因素对我国城市18岁学生生长发育影响的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨环境因素对城市学生生长发育的综合影响。方法:应用因子分析和逐步回归分析,以18岁年龄组为个案,采用发育分与自然环境因素和社会经济环境因素进行相关性及其重要程度的分析。结果:1)发育分排在前10位的大多数位于北部地区,且北方组显著的高于南方组。2)发育分与地球纬度、地球经度、年日照时数、气温年较差呈显著的正相关,与年平均气温、年降水量、平均相对湿度大多数呈显著的负相关,其中地球纬度、年平均气温和平均相对湿度影响程度相对重要;发育分20年的变化与气候因素20年变化的相关不密切。3)发育分与人均GDP、每千人拥有病床数和每千人拥有卫生技术人员呈显著的正相关,与恩格尔系数呈显著的负相关,其中每千人拥有病床数影响程度相对重要。4)自然环境因素和社会经济环境因素中平均相对湿度、地球经度和每千人拥有病床数影响程度相对重要。结论:自然环境因素和社会经济环境因素对城市学生生长发育水平的影响是综合的、交互作用的。Objective：Study the environmental factors＇ comprehensive effects on urban students＇ growth.Methods：Taking the 18-year-old as an example,using factor analysis and stepwise regression analysis to analyse the correlations and importance among the growth score,natural environment and socio-economic environment.Results：1） The urban 18-year-old students,whose growth score rank the top 10,are located in the northern region,and the growth score in the northern region is much higher than that in the southern region.2） The growth score and most of climatical factors are all significantly correlated and the correlation coefficients between the growth score and geographical latitude,earth longitude,sunshine duration,mean annual range of temperature is positive correlation,while with annual average temperature,annual precipitation,mean relative humidity has sig nificant negative correlation,among which geographical latitude,annual average temperature and mean relative humidity are relatively important;the 20 years＇ change between the growth score and the climate is not closely related.3） The correlation between growth score and GDP per capita,the number of hospital beds and medical technicians per thousand people is significantly positive,while with Engel＇s coefficient is significantly negative,among which the influence of the number of haspital beds per thousand people is much higher.4）The natural environment and socio-economic environment,the average humidity,the earth longitude and the number of beds per thousand people are relatively important.Conclusion：The influence of natural environment and socio-economic environment on urban 18-year-old students＇ growth level is integrated and interactive.
