摘　　要：中央提出加快城镇化进程与建设社会主义和谐社会的构想后,我国各级政府在提供基础设施方面的责任与投入日益增加,BOT模式作为基础设施投融资新方式广泛为世界各国政府所采用。文章从BOT模式的概念、发展历程、国内外学者的研究出发、BOT模式在应用中存在的不足,以及相应的解决对策进行分析与概述。After the Central Committee puts forward to the idea of accelerating the process of urbanization and construction of socialist harmonious society, our country various governments in the provision of infrastructure investment and responsibility is increasing, BOT mode as infrastructure investment and financing new way widely adopted by the government for the world. This paper analyzed and summarized from the BOT model concept, development history, the research of domestic and foreign scholars, starting the BOT mode in the application of the inadequacy of existence, and the corresponding countermeasures.
