摘 要:本文针对某轿车的侧面安全气囊有时产生误爆的现象,对其侧面碰撞传感器安装点附近的钢板结构进行了有限元分析,分别应用理论分析和试验得到了安装点的振动加速度频响曲线。经与侧碰传感器安装点动态特性的要求曲线对比,发现其安装点的频率响应在300~500 Hz区间的横向频响幅值超标。于是对侧碰传感器的安装位置进行了改进,提高了安装点钢板结构的刚度。再次对其进行频响分析和试验,其频响特性满足了要求。经道路试验,消除了侧面气囊误爆现象。本文对于研究和设计汽车安全气囊及其控制技术具有一定参考意义。The steel structure near the installation location of the parietal sensor is analyzed using finite element method in this paper in order to prevent from the airbag incorrect explosion. Its vibration acceleration frequency response curve is obtained from the theoretical analysis and test. By comparing the response with the dynamic characteristic demand curve, it is found that the fre- quency response exceed seriously the standard in range of 100 - 500 Hz. After modifying the stiffness of the steel structure of the parietal sensor by changing the installation location, the frequency response characteristics satisfy design requirement, and the in- correct explosion is avoided. This result has been verified by road test. This paper has referential value for the research and design of vehicle airbag and relating control technology.
