浅谈电磁流量计在线检定的应用

摘　　要：为更好地将电磁流量计在线检定方法运用于实际现场操作之中,根据《计量法》和《管道式电磁流量计在线校准要求》(以下简称《要求》),对不同工况下的十几台大口径电磁流量计进行现场检测和校验,所得数据与出厂标定的原始数据能够很好地吻合。在对在线检测过程中相关细节进行总结后,证实了电磁流量计的在线检定是切实可行和有效的,能够广泛地运用于大口径流量计的现场检定。In order to well use the online calibration method of electromagnetic flowmeter in practical operation on-site, in accordance with the ＂Law of Metrology＂ and ＂The Requirements of Online Calibration of Electromagnetic Flowmeter＂, more than ten of the large bore electromagnetic flowmeters are inspected and calibrated under different operating conditions. The data obtained are well coincident with the original data from ex-factory calibration. Through summarizing the details of the online calibration, it is verified that online calibration of electromagnetic flowmeter is feasible and effective, it can be widely used for field calibration of large bore flowmeters.
