摘　　要：利用SolidWorks三维造型软件,运用华铸CAE铸造凝固模拟软件对汽轮机阀体铸钢件充型、凝固过程进行模拟分析。通过对凝固过程的数值分析,结合生产中的实际经验,找出原有生产工艺中缺陷的形成原因。针对缺陷的形成原因,设计出相应的修改工艺,保证了铸件的质量,降低了生产成本和生产周期,满足客户的需求。With SolidWorks 3D model software,filling and solidification of steel casting of the steam turbine valve are simulated and analyzed with the CAE software.Through numerical analysis of the solidification process,combining with the practice experience of production,the cause of defects in the original productive process is found out.According to the cause of defects,the corresponding of modification process to ensure the casting quality is designed and the cost is decreased and the productive period to meet customer requirement is shortened.
