摘  要:将摩擦型带传动与啮合型带传动进行创新组合,研发了一种能同时实现摩擦传动与啮合传动的新型复合带传动,在消除摩擦型带传动打滑丢转的同时,解决了啮合型带传动大功率传动问题,并将该种复合带传动成功应用于石油工业中的游梁式抽油机带传动中。介绍了这种复合带传动的传动机理、结构组成、设计参数及现场应用情况。Combining the friction belt transmission and the meshing belt transmission creatively,researching and developing a new kind of composite belt transmission which can realize friction transmission and meshing transmission simultaneously.It eliminates slipping of the friction belt transmission,at the same time it has solved the high power transmission problem of meshing belt transmission.This kind of composite belt transmission has applied to the beam pumping unit in the oil industry.The drive principle,structure composition,parameter design and application situation in the oil field are mainly introduced for such composite belt transmission.
