摘  要:试验对牛蛙(Rana catesbeiana Shaw)蝌蚪在不同生长发育变态时期的主要性状进行了测定,并对其比值间的差异进行了比较分析。结果表明,牛蛙蝌蚪在后肢长出前、后肢长出后到前肢长出前、前肢长出后这3个阶段,尾长/体长、消化道长/体长比值的差异显著,说明此为蝌蚪形态的剧变时期。牛蛙蝌蚪体长生长方程Lt=3.738[1-e-0.0948(t+1.2529)];体重生长方程Wt=123.65[1-e-0.9852(t+1.4058)]2.1819;体长与体重关系式W=0.074 2 L3.067。温度对牛蛙蝌蚪的生长发育有显著的影响,当温度在22℃以上时,蝌蚪才能完成变态发育,并以在30℃时的变态率最高。The growth and some characters in different metamorphosis period of Rana catesbeiana Shaw were measured,and the difference was analyzed.The result showed that there were significant differences in the ratio of tail length to body length,alimentary canal length to body length during the stage before the leg appearance,from the leg appearance to the arm appearance,and after the arm appearance.The growth equation of body length and body weight was Lt=3.738[1-e-0.094 8(t+1.252 9)],Wt=123.65[1-e-0.985 2(t+1.405 8)]2.181 9 respectively.The relation formula between body length and body weight was W=0.074 2 L3.067.The temperature had the remarkable effects on the growth of the tadpole.Tadpoles had the highest metamorphosis rate at 30 ℃ and could finish abnormal growth only over 22 ℃.
