摘 要:以自行设计的养殖水体微宇宙模型为基础,研究不同浓度下外加光合细菌对养殖水体的影响,结果表明,该菌株能明显有效地去除养殖水体微宇宙模型中积累的NO2-、NO3-、CODMn,浓度为104CFU/mL时NO2-、NO3-的去除率分别达到58.4%和89.6%,为最佳投菌浓度。此外,用PCR-DGGE的方法验证了用光合细菌治理养殖水体污染的同时还能有效地增加养殖水体中微生物群落的丰富度,是一种安全有效的微生态菌剂。Based on the aquaculture water model designed,the effects of photosynthetic bacteria with different concentration on aquatic characteristics were studied.The results showed that these bacteria could decrease the accumulated NO2-、NO3-and CODMn in water.When concentration of bacilli was 104 CFU/mL,the removal rate of NO2-and NO3-reached the highest,58.4% and 89.6%,respectively.In addition,it was verified that photosynthetic bacteria were safe and effective microbial agents as they could increase the microbial community richness according to the PCR-DGGE method.
