摘　　要：建立了新蚕药中磺胺嘧啶钠及其他2种有效成分的HPLC分析方法,液相分析条件为:以WatersSunfire C18(2)(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)为色谱柱,以乙腈-0.05 mol/L磷酸水溶液(体积比为85:15)(三乙胺调磷酸-水溶液pH至2.5)为流动相,流速1.0 mL/min,柱温35°C,检测波长235 nm。结果表明,其有效成分的分离度为5.4和8.4,磺胺嘧啶钠的理论塔板数为11 185,在0.5～200.0μg/mL范围内检测磺胺嘧啶钠的线性关系良好,R2=0.999 9,回收率为98.70%～101.81%,RSD小于2.0%,检测限为0.3μg/mL。该法简单、快速、准确、选择性高,适合新蚕药中磺胺嘧啶钠及另2种有效成分的定量检测。The analysis of sulfadiazine sodium and the 2 ingredients in new silkworm drug by HPLC was established.The sample was separated in Waters Sunfire C18（2）（150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm） column with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.05mol/L phosphoric acid solution（85∶15,V/V）（triethylamine adjusted phosphoric acid solution pH to 2.5） at 35°C,the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,and detected at 235 nm.The results showed that the resolutions of 3 ingredients were 5.4 and 8.4,respectively.Theoretical plate number was up to 11 185.The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.5～200.0 μg/mL for sulfadiazine sodium,R2=0.999 9.The recovery rate was in the range of 98.70%～101.81%,RSD2.0%,the detectability was 0.3μg/mL.In a conclusion,it was a simple,rapid,accurate,reliable and highly specific method,which was suitable for detection of sulfadiazine sodium and other 2 key ingredients in new silkworm drug.
