摘　　要：在总结我国社会主义新农村建设成功案例的基础上,提出了鄂西生态文化旅游圈(以下简称鄂西圈)社会主义新农村规划存在的问题,阐述了鄂西圈社会主义新农村规划的意义及优势,指出了鄂西圈社会主义新农村规划的实现途径。Based on the summary of successful cases in new countryside construction＇s in China,some problems existed in new countryside planning of western Hubei were pointed out.Meanwhile,the superiority and the significance of planning new countryside in western Hubei were discussed and the realization approaches were put forward.
