浙西南山区生态农村的发展与对策

摘　　要：生态农村是浙西南山区农村可持续发展的必由之路。以丽水市为例,分析了浙西南山区生态农村的现实背景,剖析了生态农村发展中存在的问题。结合丽水市农村的实际情况和发展基础,提出了浙西南山区生态农村的发展要注重人口、产业和要素集聚,大力培育中心村;要加强基层组织建设,着力整顿转化后进村;创新"经济、环境、文化、班子"四位一体的生态模式,加快推进生态文明村建设。Eco-Rural is the only way to sustainable rural development in Southwest Mountain Area of Zhejiang.In Lishui,Zhejiang as an example,the realistic background and issues existing of rural development in Southwest Mountain Area of Zhejiang were analyzed.Combined with the actual situation and development foundation of Lishui rural,the development mode and countermeasures of rural development in Southwest Mountain Area of Zhejiang were put forward： Paying attention to population,industry and element agglomeration,vigorously promoting central village＇s foster construction;Strengthening the construction of grass-roots organization,striving to rectify transformation junior village;Innovation ＂economy,environment,culture,team＂ four-in-one ecological model,accelerating ecological civilized village＇s construction.
