摘 要:通过盆栽试验研究了不同类型小麦品种籽粒灌浆期旗叶枯尖的发生与根系活力、单株根干重、根鲜重以及根冠比之间的关系。结果表明:发生叶枯尖症状的小麦品种旗叶叶绿素含量低于旗叶生长正常的小麦品种。叶枯尖症状发生与小麦生长后期根系特征关系密切。有枯尖症状的小麦品种后期根系活力相对较低,2个枯尖品种根鲜重、根干重和根冠比等均明显低于4个无枯尖的小麦品种。Pot experiments with winter wheat were carried out to investigate the relationships of flag leaf withertip of wheat cultivars at filling stage to root activity,dry and fresh weights of roots per plant,and root/ shoot ratio.The results showed that the flag leafs chlorophyll content of wheat cultivars with flag leaf withertip was lower than that of normal wheat cultivars,and there was a close relation between occurrence of flag leaf withertip and root characteristics of wheat cultivars at later growth stage.The wheat cultivars with flag leaf withertip were relatively low in root activity at later growth stage,and the fresh root weight,dry root weight and root/shoot ratio of the 2 cultivars with flag leaf withertip were obviously lower than those of the tested 4 cultivars without flag leaf withertip.
